Who We Are
We are a family-owned Adult Family Homes organization dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care while ensuring our residents feel truly at home. Our name embodies our core values of love, kindness, and respect, which guide our interactions with each and every resident.
Dyah ‘Dee’ Sulistyaningrum is a Certified Nursing Assistant who is currently pursuing her LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) certification. She embarked on her caregiving journey in Adult Family Homes, later transitioning to the role of Resident Manager overseeing multiple Adult Family Homes. Subsequently, she served as a Care Coordinator and Assistant Care Director in well-regarded Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities. These diverse experiences form the bedrock of her ability to comprehend residents’ needs, cultivate meaningful relationships with them, and lead her team with unwavering kindness and respect.
Daniel Girsang, Dee’s son, graduated as an RN BSN from Northwest University. He has garnered extensive experience working in reputable hospitals, particularly in the NICU unit. Currently, he holds the position of Assistant Nurse Manager at a local nonprofit hospital’s Medical Surgical Department. Prior to this role, he served as the Care Director at a nationally recognized Senior Facility. Daniel’s deep-seated passion for delivering top-tier care to senior citizens has been instrumental in his role as the Nurse Delegator and Assessor for Benevolent AFH and Benevolent AFH 2 in Kirkland. His experiences and dedication contribute significantly to the well-being of our residents.
Benevolent AFH 3, located in Kenmore, was originally licensed in 2004 as Serene Corner AFH, previously owned by a highly respected and reputable RN before Dee took over. In upholding Serene Corner AFH’s tradition of exceeding expectations in care, Dee continues to ensure that a credible and reputable RN serves as the Nurse Delegator and Assessor for the home.
Dee treats her seniors with the same warmth, love, and compassion that she extends to her own family, creating an environment filled with love, service, and kindness when you visit our homes.
Committed to delivering exceptional care, our management team is available around the clock, ready to assist both on-call and in person.
